Mijn eerste kennismaking met Tangerine Dream was het album Phaedra, in 1974. Dat was destijds het eerste album van Tangerine Dream dat de lp lijst binnenkwam en dat zonder promotie. En nu is de 50th Anniversary Edition verschenen, een box met 5 cd’s en een blu-ray audio. Extra’s zijn bonus tracks, remixed door meester producer Steven Wilson, 2 cd’s met stukken uit de dezelfde periode, het volledige concert van het Victoria Palace Theatre optreden in London uit 1974 en de blu-ray surround mix door Steven Wilson.
